TMC HealthCare is Southern Arizona's regional nonprofit hospital system with Tucson Medical Center and El Dorado Hospital at its core. As community hospitals, the staff of TMC and El Dorado Hospital comes to work each day to use their skills and expertise to improve the health of the entire community, from birth to the end of life. TMC HealthCare is focused on supporting the communities health needs by supporting education and opportunities for those interested in a health care career. Through our on campus TMC U, which supports health care education for qualified employees, and our numerous collaborations with K 12 education, TMC is committed to providing opportunities to those who recognize the value of a health care career.
