After a re-organization of the Tucson Black Chamber of Commerce the Tucson-Southern Arizona Black Chamber of Commerce (TSABCC) emerged with a broader scope and vision of its predecessor. A comprehensive strategic plan was developed that enables the TSABCC to address the needs of growing African American businesses in Southern Arizona.
