| The Max Gallery is owned and operated by Max Mikesell and Elizabeth, his gorgeous and talented wife (who teaches the culinary arts at Pima Community College in Tucson). Max has been an art dealer in Tucson for over twenty-five years. He met Elizabeth in 1979, and both of them went to work for Ted DeGrazia, living at the Gallery of the Sun, DeGrazia’s studio where he created and displayed his world-renowned art. “Ted was a guru, instilling in us a greater understanding of art than we had ever known,” Max recalls. |
