Our menu focuses on Southern and Northern style foods found in China. Chef Huang and his staff have been perfecting these dishes for over 14 years, and truly take a great deal of pride in their art. Cantonese cuisine found in the Southern region of China relies on quick stir-frying to sear the flavors of the meats and vegetables, which combine to create a light sauce that is not overpowering to the palate. Szechuan cooking, a specialty in North-Central China, focuses on hot pepper corn, garlic, and spicy bean sauce to add to its unique flavor.
