Judith B. Clinco, RN, BS is the founder, President, and CEO of Catalina In-Home Services, Inc., located in Tucson Arizona. Catalina is a 25 year-old innovative private duty adult home care company providing nursing coordinated personal care and supportive services. Judy is at the forefront of raising public awareness about the status of caregivers who work with Tucson's senior population. From Catalina's inception, Judy has professionalized direct caregivers and their work by including them in the health care team (briefing before beginning an assignment and inclusion in team conferences), providing meaningful training, orientation, benefits, on-going education, and career advancement.
